Restyle the site so it looks like the Schools site
The site looks dated and would benifit from an update so it looks like or simular to the schools site which to me is much more attractive.

The problem with teh simplified menu - is many features are much harder to access, almost certainly the sitemap is the only link to some of the content - and even then there probably pages not accessible from the sitemap ( todo: fix that!)
